Order Processing & Delivery

All Pawly Feed orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Once your order has been processed, your package will typically be shipped and delivered to your doorstep within 7–12 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

During periods of economic uncertainty, increased demand, severe weather, customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, global shipping networks may experience delays.

In these situations, order processing may take up to 96 hours, while shipping and delivery may take approximately 10–14 business days.

While some delays are outside of our control, we are committed to providing the best possible customer experience.

If your order’s shipping time exceeds 7 business days, excluding processing time, you may be eligible for a $5 credit toward your next purchase.

To request your $5 credit, please contact us with your order number, and our customer support team will assist you.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate the shipment for you.
